 Stockton & Bush Capital Partners Inc. (“S&B”) was established in 2020 as the latest venture under the Stockton & Bush umbrella, with the purpose of seeking out and investing in unique, novel and creative opportunities in real estate in Canada and the US, as a principal and on behalf of its roster of individual, corporate and institutional investor clients developed over its 25-year history. As well, S&B provides third party real estate services to select clients.

Since 1995, Stockton & Bush principals - Gerry Gotfrit, Robert Daniels and Jeff Albin - have continuously demonstrated strong leadership, creative and prudent management of real estate and related assets in Canada and the United States on behalf of its investors and other stakeholders.

Stockton & Bush has led and managed the acquisition, disposition, asset management and property management of more than $600 million of commercial, retail and residential income producing properties totalling approximately 12 million SF of gross leasable area (GLA), primarily in major urban centres throughout Canada. Property dispositions have yielded greater than $800 million delivering high double-digit returns to its investors.
