The S&B principals are all seasoned professionals, each with over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry. They understand real estate from many angles – having been principals in large scale commercial portfolio acquisitions, developers of residential and commercial properties, and asset and property managers on behalf of private investors and other financial stakeholders.
The depth of experience at S&B includes investment sourcing, analysis, transaction design, legal and financial structuring, capital raising, accounting, fiscal and stakeholder management – as well as marketing, branding, leasing and asset re-positioning,
S&B is all about helping our clients succeed. We get involved from day one to understand your real estate and business needs and either can act as, or supplement your management team as needed with our broad range of skills.
Our objective is always to maximize the value of each client’s real estate investments through ensuring efficient and effective management, implementation of opportunistic acquisition, disposition and financing strategies, and mitigation of any shareholder or stakeholder issues that may be present.
As well, through our network of capital sources, S&B can provide co-investment funds where needed and appropriate.
S&B selects clients and opportunities carefully, and only gets engaged when confident that we can provide the time and resources needed to ensure success, and that the client has the desire and willingness to work with the S&B team based on accepted and coherent implementation strategies and plans.
